Honey Ginger Pears

Ingredients

  • This is a simple recipe that works equally well as a dessert or as a side
  • dish with our Asparagus Ham Roll-ups.
  • 2-3 firm, ripe pears (Bosc, d’Anjou, or Bartlett)
  • ½ cup of our Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2-3 tbsp of peach, apricot, or white plum preserves.

Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the pears and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Whisk
  2. the preserves into the vinegar and toss gently with the pears.
