Honey Ginger Pears
Ingredients
- This is a simple recipe that works equally well as a dessert or as a side
- dish with our Asparagus Ham Roll-ups.
- 2-3 firm, ripe pears (Bosc, d’Anjou, or Bartlett)
- ½ cup of our Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp of peach, apricot, or white plum preserves.
Instructions
- Quarter and core the pears and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Whisk
- the preserves into the vinegar and toss gently with the pears.
