Ingredients

• Thank yo to D. Sutherland for this recipe!
• 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 tbsp Eureka Lemon Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp Grated Lemon Rind
• 1/8 tsp Cyprus Flaked Sea Salt

Instructions

1. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a bowl
2. Add the Lemon olive oil
3. Add the lemon rind
4. Finish with a pinch of salt
5. Serve!
